30-day guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Start a return from the Contact page with your order number.
How to return
Email supportshoparound.com@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a return address and instructions.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
For a different size or variant, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or unopened.
